DFK New Managers Program

This two part training program focuses on two specific areas of growth for managers: business development and leadership/people management. In Patrick Patterson’s session participants will focus on Being a Trusted Advisor, Communication Skills and Selling Essentials. In Sara Huddleston’s session participants will focus on manager essentials including Becoming a World Class Mentor, Fearless Leadership and Fostering Culture in Your People.
